（九）租赁物品残值变卖及处理业务；

公司前身为深圳租赁有限公司，成立于1984年12月，1999年12月更名为深圳金融租赁有限公司，2008年5月更名为国银金融租赁有限公司。在“强化管理、稳健经营、团结进取、开拓创新”经营理念的推动下，公司经过多年的发展，逐步形成了以航空租赁为主、交通、能源、电信设备租赁等租赁业务共同发展的业务体系。截止2008年4月底，注册资本近80亿，公司总资产达人民币156.19亿元，累计实现租赁业务总额达人民币107.77亿元。是目前华南地区唯一拥有金融租赁许可证的非银行金融机构，同时是国内注册资本最大的金融租赁公司，成为深圳地区注册资本仅次于招商银行的第二大金融机构。
CDB Leasing Co., Ltd. is a non-bank financial institution approved by China Banking Regulatory Commission and majority owned by China Development Bank. It has a registered capital of 8 billion RMB. To date, it is the financial leasing company in China with the largest amount of registered capital. CDB Leasing Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Shenzhen Leasing Co., Ltd, established in December 1984. The name was changed to Shenzhen Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. in December 1999. In May 2008, the company was renamed CDB Leasing Co., Ltd. Presently, CDB Leasing Co., Ltd. Has90 employees, among whom 90% hold a university bachelor’s degree or above. It has a professional, focused and effective team. Under the guidance of “strengthening management, operating prudently, moving forward as a team, incessantly developing and innovating”, after years of development the company has become a conglomerate with core business units in aircraft leasing and leasing in transportation, energy, telecommunication and other equipment. By the end of April 2008, the company’s total assets reached 17.08billion RMB, and the leasing turnover,13.08billion RMB.
