SOHO中国有限公司（前身北京红石实业有限责任公司）成立于1995年，由潘石屹（现SOHO中国董事长）和张欣（现SOHO中国总裁）联手创建，是一家为注重生活品味的人群提供创新生活空间以及时尚生活方式的房地产开发公司。SOHO中国在北京CBD核心地带共计开发面积超过155万平米，已经完成和正在建设的项目有：47万多平米的“SOHO现代城”、68万多平米的“建外SOHO”、17万多平米的“SOHO尚都”、15万多平米的“朝外SOHO”以及近8万平米的“光华路SOHO”；同时，SOHO中国在北京长城脚下和海南博鳌分别开发建设了全球知名前卫建筑项目“长城脚下的公社”和“博鳌凯宾斯基”等。SOHO中国现正在开发的三里屯SOHO位居北京城市中心著名的三里屯酒吧街南侧，周边商业繁华，建筑面积47万平米，是SOHO中国到目前为止开发金额最大的大型综合项目。SOHO中国目前在中国开发项目的总面积为245万平方米。2007年10月8日，SOHO中国在香港联交所成功上市，创造了中国民营企业最大的IPO以及亚洲最大的商业地产企业IPO。 2008年3月 SOHO中国自上市以来第一次发布年度业绩报告。SOHO中国2007年营业额较2006年增长300%，至69.54亿元人民币；而纯利则飙升477%，至19.66亿元人民币。
