| 工作职责： |
1、Supervise project management including but not limited to conceptual design development, structural & environment planning, tendering, construction, material sourcing, contract administration and budgetary management.
2、Work closely with the whole process of fitting-out and environment works, such as carrying out site survey, reporting any site irregularities, monitoring the performance of contractors and coordinating with different internal & external parties to achieve an agreed scope of works and work schedule.
3、Provide quantity surveying services in all cost, financial and contractual matters.
4、Ensure the projects are completed within the approved budget, timeline, quality standard as well as local regulations.
5、Build and maintain excellent relationship with all business partners. |

| 任职资格： |
1、University graduate in Architecture / Building / Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
2、Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in project management preferably gained with property developer or in building construction.
3、Experience in hotel or serviced apartment projects will be a definite advantage.
4、Capable of taking a QS assignment from inception through to completion and familiar with construction costs and all facets of pre and post contract quantity surveying practice.
5、Knowledge of building regulations, statutory requirements and relate local regulations.
6、Good understanding of project development and management control procedures.
7、Proven ability to work under pressure and independently to meet deadlines.
8、Strong leadership, excellent personal qualities of independence and integrity.
9、Mature, presentable, self-motivated with great initiative and excellent interpersonal skill.
10、Excellent negotiation, organizational, analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
11、Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin. |
