| 工作职责： |
1、Partner with and support the other Client Service team staff in growing the South China business across all Resources service lines.
2、Cultivate and expand existing business relationships through frequent communication and regular client visits.
3、Create and convert prospective business opportunities to actual projects in new and current clients.
4、Identify the client’s future project needs.
5、Manage on-going client relationships, engagement and Consultants assigned to the engagements, to ensure the client’s are met and managed.
6、Clarify the scope of projects with clients, identify business solutions, present qualified Consultants to the client, and negotiate billing arrangements.
7、Ensure approved business contracts are executed by taking responsibility for the completion of all engagement paperwork.
8、Minimize Consultants “unassigned time” by managing Consultant roll-off dates and working with the Resourcing team in communicating regularly with Consultants regarding additional client needs and/or other appropriate projects in the pipeline.
9、Keep in regular contact with Consultants assigned to client engagements. |

| 任职资格： |
1、University graduate with minimum 10 years plus experience at senior level.
2、Proven technical knowledge and understanding of the overall finance and accounting function.
3、Ability to identify opportunities with clients, networking and generating leads.
4、Cross cultural with strong business acumen.
5、Fluent in written and spoken English Mandarin and Cantonese
6、Big-4 experience a plus.
7、A professional network. |
