| 工作职责： |
1、Implement and lead Global Markets operational/system project by coordinating the business requirements, system testing, training, formalizing operational procedures and conversion approach.
2、Participate in rollout of global strategic projects and initiatives for the products covered and in full compliance with internal and external rules and regulations as well as ensure high level of customer service to internal and external clients.
3、Review, identify opportunities and weaknesses of the daily operational workflow.
4、Provide consultation across region of Best Practice and implementation of effective processing and settlements workflows to maximize profitability, control of operational risks and enhance customer service delivery within agreed operating guidelines. |

| 任职资格： |
1、University graduate in Banking & Finance or other related disciplines.
2、More than 8 years experience in Foreign Exchange and Money Market operations, of which at least 5-year end to end project management experience.
3、Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4、Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. |
