| 工作职责： |
1、Formulate marketing communications and brand strategies for the Company, plan and implement all communication programs, build brand preference through effective media channels.
2、Build, lead & direct the team members to formulate and implement the marketing and promotion plans to promote the our sports brand in support of corporate strategies and goals.
3、Analyze marketing trend and competitive environment of the solutions market in Greater China Region.
4、Raise the Company’s profile & positioning through marketing strategies and executions, such as advertising, public relations, online promotions and marketing collaterals.
5、Development and delivery of a long-term marketing strategy in line with Group branding policies, guidelines & budget.
6、Coordinate with other communications efforts to ensure integrated marketing messages and PR related to products and campaigns are attained. |

| 任职资格： |
1、Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline.
2、Minimum 15 years marketing Multi-National Company experience in fashion, accessory, sports or cloth industry, with at least 10 years in managerial role and a focus in Greater China market.
1）Strong analytical sense and well developed leadership skills.
2）Professional business acumen, innovative and with a passion to success.
3）Good knowledge of promotion channels and media network in the Greater China region.
3、Regional marketing management and corporate communications experience in a multinational corporate.
4、Strong leadership experience to develop marketing tools and organize media & PR events
5、Extensive experience in formulation and implementation of promotion programs / marketing activities.
6、Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. |
