| 工作职责： |
1、The first step is develop and increase sales and profitability of existing sales area channels.
2、P&L responsibility.
3、The longer term step is to expand into the China market.
4、Planning and forecasting Chinamarket growth and turnover and profitability.
5、Manage reporting of sales, regionally and by product line.
6、To become aware of market trends that will impact sales and adjust sales strategies accordingly. |

| 任职资格： |
1、Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. A successful +10 years sales track record in FMCG industry.
2、Mature management skill, have drive and be highly self-motivated with excellent communication skills and empathy with all levels of personnel in a company.
3、Experience of China markets.
4、Previous P&L responsibility, as well as planning, but most importantly, must have a hands-on approach and not be a pure strategist.
5、Experience of opening new markets internationally.
6、Channel sales experience on a multi-cultural and multi-national basis. |
