| 工作职责： |
1、Direct and manage the overall Finance & Control functions in China to ensure the teams are operating efficiently and effectively within China and global policies and procedures are being adhered to.
2、Contribute to the success of China area by supporting the General Manager, and business line managers on all finance matters, including management and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, regulatory reporting, financial performance related issues and other ad hoc matters as required.
3、Active member of Management Committee, Risk Committee, Insolvency Committee, Audit & Compliance Committee.
4、Manage and develop, motivate China Finance & Control staff ( approx 30 staff ) to ensure all targets/objectives and deadlines are met (including local & HK regulatory reporting, financial and management reporting, CRM report, budgeting and forecasting).
5、Monthly China P&L analysis and commentaries.
6、Provide professional advice and support to the business and product in budgeting, solvency, accounting, capital, tax and other issues.
7、Implement and support Global and Regional Finance initiatives and projects. |

| 任职资格： |
1、More than 12 years of Finance & Control experience in banking and finance sectors, with at least 3-5 years at management level.
2、Experience of managing and motivating more than one Finance/Accounting teams.
3、Good working knowledge of all banking products in a corporate and investment banking environment.
4、Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
5、Good staff management and motivating skills.
6、Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date with recent Finance/Accounting developments.
7、Sound PC skills and strong Finance systems concepts. |
