| 工作职责： |
1、Reporting to the Head of Global Banking and Markets Division.
2、Collect and coordinate the implementation on all the specific functional requirements, which includes the P&L sell downs process, finding the solutions for structured trade transaction booking, funding arrangement and calculation, set up various reconciliation and control point.
3、Involve in all the key changes management process what is their impact to the current process, for example, solution of multiple system structure on structured trade and implementation system.
4、Find out solutions and agree on approaches among different interested parties to attain the respective solutions, and ensure all agreed solutions would be properly followed up by either team or other teams like change management team.
5、Participate in the corresponding testing of all specific functions, and ensure proper sign off and documentation of all agreed solutions such as the agreed mechanism and testing results.

| 任职资格： |
1、University graduate in Accounting or Banking with qualifications w/5+ years management experience.
2、Strong product knowledge on global banking products and daily finance activities, such as structured products, FX and Interest Rates sell-down process etc.
3、Strong knowledge in various reporting requirements from banking financial/ management/ regulatory reporting.
4、Excellent negotiation skills and be able to ensure special requests by users would be fulfilled and the system would run smoothly.
5、Highly influential with good presentation skills and interpersonal skills with effective management of a team.
6、Able to work independently with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
