| 工作职责： |
1、Design and implement cost savings projects across multiple Marketing sub-categories including Commercial Print, Fulfillment, Promotional, Ad/Creative/PR Agencies, Exhibitor/Trade Shows, Market Research, and Media.
2、Engage with customers’ senior management team members to drive and communicate progress.
3、Measure and manage “suppliers’” (aka providers, agencies, etc.) performance relative to contracted service levels.
4、Identify and resolve strategic supplier performance issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
5、Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements.
6、Work collaboratively with suppliers and customer stakeholders to identify and execute continuous cost and performance improvement strategies.
7、Coach and develop team members in their performance and professional development. |

| 任职资格： |
1、A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, MBA preferred. Mother tongue is Japanese .
2、Ability to effectively lead formal strategic sourcing efforts related to Marketing materials and services.
3、Deep knowledge of multiple Marketing categories including Commercial Print, Fulfillment, Promotional, Ad/Creative/PR Agencies, Exhibitor/Trade Shows, Market Research, and Media.
4、Ability to interface with customers and suppliers via strong written and verbal communications skills.
5、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6、Formal training and/or experience in strategic sourcing.
7、Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel) and presentation software (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint). |
