| 工作职责: |
1、The primary focus of a PLM is to meet the unique product needs of the footwear and equipment category. Expand the already held knowledge of this category’s true target market. Must demonstrate the distinctions between retailer consumer and end consumer.
2、Serves as principle point person within the product confirmation process. Communicate with Merchandising Manager to make day-to-day product decisions and direct priorities along with their Design and Development counterparts.
3、Responsible for creating and keeping updated on a timely basis, the selected product line plans for the footwear & equipment categories. Accountable for keeping the Product line plans well-synchronized with the marketing strategy. Assist the Merchandising in the market planning process and the Strategic Line Planning process
4、Provide Design and Development with timely, visual and factual cues to motivate and inspire them in the product process. Briefing should be achieved through formal seasonal presentations and/or ongoing informal interaction with the Design and Development team from line conceptualisation all the way through to product confirmation.
5、Responsible for the presentation of footwear and equipment product lines to audiences and/or various marketing venues: Pre-Lines and Sales Meetings.
6、Responsible for communicating the seasonal pricing goals of the apparel line. Ultimate sourcing decisions are outside the responsibility of the PLM. Key contributor to achievement of gross pricing margin & style productivity.
7、In conjunction with the International PLM provide analysis of sample and sales data to help define the Global footwear and apparel product line and drive SKU productivity and profitability. Highlight commercial opportunities and collaborate with priority markets on specific SMU requirements.
8、Align with other PLM’s to drive consistent best practice. Drive a strong succession philosophy.
9、Work alongside the Footwear Design Pod to ensure SMU product is aligned with the global product line and clearly represents the brand. Ensure close communication between internal departments including Footwear Design Pod, Sports Marketing, Marketing, and Finance & Apparel. |

- Actions impacting company image require management oversight and are constrained by policies
Minimum Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 3 or 4 years directly relevant work experience
Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs

Specific Work Experience:
5+ years product merchandising and managerial experience
Physical Requirements Typical Office: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
Specific Requirements:
Product merchandising & line building experience in international & regional athletic & sportswear apparel brands for China.
Experience in Tiered cities approach in China.
Good presentation skills in English
Strong analytical skills required.
Ability to create consensus and work cooperatively.
Demonstrated ability to conceive/create new thinking and ideas pertaining to the product and process.
